  The academic world can always post ads on our job boards absolutely free of charge. When possible, we do appreciate a link pointing to our job boards from academic institutions. How to support us. Wish to purchase a banner on our sites?

• Procedure
  1. You send us the complete job advertisement (in the "body" of the e-mail or as a Word- or pdf-attachment) to

     • colette@math-jobs.com (For workplaces in UK, Ireland, Africa)
     • nigel@math-jobs.com (For workplaces in Greater China (cn, hk, mo, tw))
     • carlo@math-jobs.com (For workplaces in Switzerland & Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria & Italy)
     • timothy@math-jobs.com (For workplaces in BeNeLux, France, Iberia, Central America, Caribbean, South America, Eastern Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS))
     • jobs@math-jobs.com (more complicated cases or if you are unsure)

  2. We forward the advertisement (web link & summary) by e-mail to our subscribers. The summary is provided by us and contains information only (not publicity).

  3. We display the advertisement on the appropriate sites for up to 3 months.

  4. When applicable, we strongly suggest that you include phrasing such as: "candidates must already be authorized to work in ..." / "candidates must be already living in ...".

  5. Our CV/Resume Database, www.math-jobs.com/cv, allows you to actively search for candidates. We have a section that is public so that everyone can browse those CVs, and we also have a private section. Should you wish to have access to the private section, please contact us so that we can give you a password.
