  1. You send us the complete job advertisement (in the "body" of the e-mail or as a Word- or pdf-attachment) to

  2. We forward the advertisement (web link and summary) by e-mail to our subscribers. The summary is provided by us and contains information only (not publicity).

  3. We display the advertisement on the appropriate sites for up to 3 months.

  4. When applicable, we strongly suggest that you include phrasing such as: "candidates must already be authorized to work in ..." / "candidates must be already living in ..." / "NO AGENCIES!".

  5. Our CV/Resume Database, www.math-jobs.com/cv, allows you to actively search for candidates. We have a section that is public so that everyone can browse those CVs, and we also have a private section. Should you wish to have access to the private section, please contact us so that we can give you a password.

  • No further costs if you succeed in recruiting people. You will receive an invoice from Luchsinger Mathematics AG by mail.
  • You must declare in advance, which package above is chosen.
  • If you choose a package above with at least 11 postings, the jobs do NOT have to be posted within any time limit.
  • VAT is not included above except for Switzerland.
  • Jobs in academic world, education, and teaching free of charge.
  • Commissions for agencies: 15 %. Recruiting agencies that advertise frequently on our sites are mentioned at www.math-jobs.com/recruiters.html.
